Signature Streetscapes is a division of Port City Architectural Signage which is located in Muskegon, Michigan. Port City Signage has been in business for years, making custom golf course and community wayfinding and entrance signs. However, owner and CEO Tim Mills recognized a much broader demand in the upscale signage market for a variety of custom signs including cast bronze commemorative and dedication plaques. As a result, the planning and preparation for the launch of the Signature Streetscapes division began. Once the setup was complete in 2012, Signature Streetscapes began taking orders immediately.

To help increase visibility and improve safety, choose from a nice selection of ornamental lighting, or replace or retrofit outdated HID lighting such as Metal Halide or High Pressure Sodium with the newest energy and cost efficient LED area lighting. Finally, to erect and hold custom signs or lighting, Signature Streetscapes manufactures ornamental sign and lamp posts and decorative post bases and finials.
Clientele includes builders and developers, municipalities, new residential developments, neighborhoods, Home Owners Associations, golf courses, retirement communities, resorts, individuals, or anyone looking for upscale, high quality, decorative, and custom signage, home address plaques or mailboxes. Because Signature Streetscapes manufactures all of their products, they are able to deliver a higher quality product to the customer directly, on time, and at a lower cost. The products are delivered ready-to-install or Signature Streetscapes can install them.
Signature Streetscapes’ clients are primarily within the U.S. and Canada, but the company is going global and has exported orders to several countries around the world. Although expanding globally, they will still accommodate smaller requests that other large manufacturers reject or are unable or unwilling to take on. After a successful first year, they are releasing a new catalogue in August of 2013 featuring an expanded product line.
